tag

An everyday internet of things

Your morning routine is a thing of beauty: forged through trial and error, proven in the toughest of days. The routine of a family is one of a finely oiled machine. Parents, especially single parents are responsible for not only making sure that they are going to start their day on time, but also that their children do. Tag is a system of interconnected smart clocks designed to help keep the entire family's morning running smoothly. By setting the schedule on the website or app, the clocks will help keep the family on schedule throughout their morning routine, allowing the head of household to go about their morning without having to constantly check in. The app & website also track how well the family is doing at staying on time, adjusting for reoccurring lateness or additional factors. Spring 2015

recess

take a break

It's heard to disconnect from technology now, most people feel anxious when they leave their phones behind. Recess was designed a middleman between you and your notifications. By using raised symbols, Recess alerts the wearer of the notifications from the messages, calls, and emails that they care about without bothersome alerts. This allows for relaxation and focus during the times that you don't want to worry about your phone. Spring 2014
